Semi-automatic 3D Interior Space Inspection System with Non-contact Optical Metrology for a Wide Range of Applications
i-Dex ta was designed for measuring roughnesses in offline quality assurance applications. This compact table-top instrument typically contains a Stradex a3 sensor head and an ultra-precise z drive in order to handle objects with a maximum height of about 80 mm. An x/y positioning stage takes care of lateral movement of objects. 1D and 2D roughnesses of a workpiece can be determined with sub-nm accuracy in a single run.
Intuitive TopoSpect software serves for measurement planning by means of protocols, execution of the measuring tasks, saving of the relevant measurement data, and their processing, presentation, and export.
