i-Dex tf for measurement of 2D Standard Geometries
Semi-automatic Table-top 3D Interior Space Inspection System with Non-contact Optical Metrology for a Wide Range of Applications
i-Dex tf was designed for offline applications in quality assurance. This compact table-top instrument typically contains a RayDex cr sensor head which affords extremely stable measured values thanks to the air bearings of the rotation and focusing units. On a motorised xy positioning stage, either single objects of up to 150 mm (external) diameter and a max. height of 80 mm can be measured individually or many objects on a pallet can be measured in batch mode. Shape measurements, standard geometries, and roughness of a workpiece can be acquired with sub-µm accuracy in a single run.
Intuitive TopoSpect software serves for measurement planning by means of protocols, execution of the measuring tasks, saving of the relevant measurement data, and their processing, presentation, and export.
