RayDex cr for measurement of 2D Standard Geometries

Optical Sensor as Non-contact Alternative for 3D Measurement of Interior Spaces

RayDex sensors permit optical, and hence non-contact, ultra-high precision measurement of very small interior spaces measuring less than 1 mm in both rotationally symmetrical and free-form objects. Shape and positional tolerances can be determined as well as characteristics such as diameter, circularity, conicity, etc. The 3D data are recorded in various forms, as a helix, as a circle, or as an axial scan. 

Thanks to the flexible 3D point cloud data standard, the results can be evaluated both with the user-friendly TopoSpect system software and with third-party software.

Metrology:

  • Shape measurements with sub-µm accuracy
  • 2D standard geometries (diameter, circularity, conicity, etc)
  • Roughnesses (Ra > 0.2 µm)
