SemDex 101 micro measurement of Multiple Layer Thicknesses
Semi-automatic Table-top System for Film Applications
SemDex 101 micro was designed for offline applications in quality assurance. This compact table-top instrument is fitted with the StraDex f sensor which can measure layer thicknesses between 0.3 µm and about 750 µm. Flat films or coated samples up to a maximum size of 150 × 150 mm² can be measured on a motorised positioning stage.
Immediate evaluation of samples is possible with user-friendly StratoSpect Software. It serves for measurement planning by means of protocols, execution of the measuring tasks, saving of the relevant measurement data, and their processing, presentation, and export.
