ISIS sentronics offers an extensive selection of sensors for a very wide range of applications and industries. Products belonging to the RayDex (RayDex cr/ RayDex hr) and StraDex (StraDex a, StraDex f, StraDex t6) series are sensors whose rugged design permits their direct use in the production process. For example, a StraDex sensor can be used to determine the thicknesses of individual layers of a film during the running production process. Coatings (wet or dry) can likewise be measured during production.

The i-Dex (i-Dex f, i-Dex tf, i-Dex ta) and SemDex (SemDex 101, SemDex 301, SemDex A31/ A32) turnkey systems are regarded as easy-to-use standalone systems for use both in production and in a measuring room environment. The objects to be measured (wafers, glass and also automotive and machine components) are placed directly in the system (may also be palletised) and the corresponding measuring program then started.
