Metrology:
- Shape measurements with sub-µm accuracy
- 2D standard geometries (diameter, circularity, conicity, etc) with sub-µm accuracy
- Roughnesses (Ra > 0.2 µm)

- Measuring probes of 40 mm (1 pitch) to 120 mm length (3 pitch)
- Internal precision piezo drive with air bearing
- Rotational frequencies up to 120 rpm

- Maximum aspect ratio: 20 / 1
- Preferred for 3 pitch measuring probes
- User-friendly TopoSpect or TopoLine software
