StraDex a

 

The StraDex is an ideal sensor for high-precision 3D profilometry and nanometer roughness, as well as very thin surface layers in the region of a few µm. Over one million pixels can be read out for a measuring field of < 1 × 1 mm. Its high refresh rate of > 100 Hz permits use of the sensor under more robust conditions without loss of quality.
