StraDex p

The StraDex p is the ideal sensor head for high-precision profilometry, and for thin surface coatings in the range of 5 µm–60 µm.

 

The very small measuring spot of 5 µm permits measurement on rough surfaces with a high angular acceptance. The working distance of the sensor is 8 mm. A very powerful internal focussing actuation maintains the focusing within a range of 20 mm, permitting operation in a demanding production environment.
